KBSS does not mail monthly invoices. Please remember that rent is due the first of each month.
A late fee of $20 will be assessed if your rent is not received by the 5th of the month per your signed contract with KB Sisters Storage. If you are making a payment after the 5th of the current month for which it's due, please choose continue shopping and add the late fee to your monthly payment.
